At Crossroads, one of our core values is serving! We passionately believe that every believer is equipped and called to live a lifestyle of service modeled after the servanthood of Jesus. So, we encourage you, use your gifts to serve others as a good steward of the grace of God!

Below is a list of serving opportunities at Crossroads. Once you have chosen an area, fill out our Connect Card to let us know where you would like to serve. We can’t wait to serve alongside you!

  • The Dream team helps greet people and strives to provide a welcoming environment for services and special events. This team makes Crossroads feel like home!

  • CR Kids is a fun, welcoming, and safe place for kids to worship and learn about who God is & how much He loves them! Parenting is an important job. Our mission is to partner with families to help every child discover who Jesus is and develop their personal walk with the Lord. We have multiple areas in CR Kids where you can serve:

    • Early Childhood

    • Elementary

    • Check-In/Celebration

    • Kid’s Worship

  • Whether making coffee, creating fun environments, or keeping our church clean, this team is full of smiling people ready to help anyway they can.

  • Thrive is a fun, welcoming, and safe place for kids with special needs to worship and learn about who God is & how much He loves them! We want to partner with CR kids and families to help every child discover who Jesus is, no matter their needs.

  • The Student Ministry team exists to reach students with the Gospel and disciple them into completely committed followers of Jesus Christ. This team loves fun, the Gospel, and teenagers!

  • If God has gifted you with the ability to sing or play an instrument, He wants you to use it! This team is passionate about leading worship in a variety of settings throughout the week.

  • If you love to be an unsung hero behind the scenes, you may have found your fit. Through media, sound, lighting, and video, this team helps to communicate the truth of God every week.

  • The Digital Media team is passionate about capturing impactful moments & reaching the digital world. If you have skill in photography, videography, or any sort of digital media, this is the team for you.

  • We love to celebrate baptisms! If you want to help celebrate people who are getting baptized, we’d love to have you on this team.

  • We believe in the power of prayer! Our prayer team is readily available on Sunday mornings to pray with people. They also take time each week to pray for individuals and families in our church and community who have submitted prayer requests.

  • This team exists to make sure all our other teams can function effectively. They meet basic medical needs and keep a watchful eye over all activities to make sure everyone is safe and able to worship.

  • Healthy marriages help create healthy churches. By serving on our marriage team, you can make a lasting impact in the lives of many couples at Crossroads.

  • This team serves by connecting with those who tune into our Sunday morning livestream services each week. They work to build connections and minister to others, no matter how far away they are.

  • Our AWANA team is passionate about instilling the truth of the Word of God in kiddos. This team loves building relationships & having tons of fun!

  • This team loves serving, guiding, and building relationships with young adults!

  • This team helps meet the practical needs of our facility that include mowing, landscaping, upkeep, repairing, and more.

  • This team serves by coming alongside foster & adoptive families at Crossroads.

  • Our Life Group leaders serve by leading a group that meets regularly to live life together and live out the “one another” statements in Scripture.

  • The Funeral Team serves by coming alongside families as they are walking through seasons of loss. This team is incredibly compassionate.
